What are your  payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Paypal.

Do you offer any pay later options?

Unfortunately our site provider doesn’t support pay later options but Klarna has a work around for that with their one time payment cards.

Where do you get your materials from? 

The materials used are a collection of fabric I've gotten from my mother who has been collecting for over 40 years and my grandmother who has been collecting for even longer as well as a wide variety of fabric and haberdashery shops which I trawl whenever possible. My preference is to use natural fabrics such as calico, wool and silk as much as I can.

All products are handmade so will vary. Each doll is unique and one of a kind, we do not make copies. These materials are subject to change based on their availability. 

Can I give these dolls to children?

These dolls are intended to be adult collectibles due to the type of fabrics used and beading on a variety of the dolls.  

Do you make custom orders?

We love to make custom orders! We have made bespoke cushions, dolls, animals, sizes (over 1m tall!) and a mermaid! Email us and we can discuss your ideas. Note: as all dolls are one of a kind we can't make copies. Sorry!

How should I clean my dolls?

I suggest putting a gentle soap in a bowl with some warm water and frothing to make a foam.  Use the foam to gently clean the doll.  Try to go in the same direction and don't over wet the doll.  Gently air dry.
